Frequently asked questions
- How do credits and payments work?
- Analyses and audio narration use credits. You start with free signup credits and can buy more, or subscribe to Plus/Pro. Purchases and subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
- How do I request a refund?
- Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google per their policies. Contact us if you need help locating the right form.
- How is my data and privacy handled?
- Photos are analyzed for places and objects; we do not identify people's faces. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your account and associated data from the app (Settings), or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.
- I forgot my password.
- Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen; you'll receive a reset link by email.
