How do credits and payments work?
Analyses and audio narration use credits. You start with free signup credits and can buy more, or subscribe to Plus/Pro. Purchases and subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google per their policies. Contact us if you need help locating the right form.
How is my data and privacy handled?
Photos are analyzed for places and objects; we do not identify people's faces. See our for details on what we collect and why.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated data from the app (Settings), or follow the steps on our page.
